Victoria Ogunlade-Ajise is a strategic educationist with experience covering curriculum development, instructional design, course facilitation, educational technology and teacher training. A UNESCO MGIEP Master Trainer, Microsoft Innovative Education Expert (MIEE), Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer, Microsoft Certified Educator, Google Applied Digital Skills Ambassador, and HP IDEA Fellow.

She is a STEAM integration Specialist and have worked with organisations on CSR projects to train approximately 2000 educators in 4 years on the importance of STEAM and how it can be integrated in their lessons to improve learning and ultimately raise students who are fit for the 21st century.

She has also facilitated many professional development trainings and courses for about 3000 educators and have helped prepare them for a range of certifications including becoming Microsoft Certified Educators (MCE), HP IDEA Associates leading innovations in their schools and communities and the Digital Teacher Course by UNESCO MGIEP to mention a few.

She has earned reputation as an astute professional with excellent communication, critical thinking and analytical skills, and leverages her experience to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, bringing strong values, ethics, culture and pride to the educational industry while delivering unique and authentic perspectives to support various facets of the educational sector.

She is highly committed to imparting others and contributing her best to make the world a better place. Because of her passion for educators and the persistent issues surrounding educators' low remuneration, she came up with a project and community for teachers termed 'The Teacher Cum Millionaire' to help educators discover and maximize their potentials to earn more, boosting their confidence, morale and passion to do what they love, which is to teach. She has currently trained more than 500 teachers on this project.
